Dr. Benson is a miracle worker... plain and simple. The HoLEP procedure he preformed was simply amazing and the results were truly unbelievable. I am very happy with Dr. Benson, his skill, and his staff. Dr. Benson if you read this... thank you for giving me back my life.

Dr. Benson is an excellent surgeon. He removed my large cancerous tumor and saved my kidney. He has a kind and committed attitude. You should have no worries if he is your surgeon. I have complete trust in his abilities. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He did everything he said he would and even more. Marcy Marter

I felt like Dr. Benson really cared about me as a patient. I was so sorry to see him leave the Peoria area. His next patients are going to be very fortunate to have him!

I was in er he was the idiot on call. I had a kidney stone. It is to big to pass. He told to go home if it has not passed in 3 weeks. 3 FREAKING WEEKS then he would consider doing the removal. Really? Please save yourself the trouble of seeing this moron

He was recommended by my regular urologist for a special procedure. I went and consulted with him and he said he would set up the surgery date and get back to me. A couple of months passed and I received a letter saying he was leaving the Peoria area without fulfilling his agreement to perform the procedure. Very disappointed.

Beyon terrible experience. Problems still being revealed. The speed and lack of care with which they operate is completely disrespectful. Apparently totally unaware he can kill people with drug interactions, etc. I CALLED FOR A WEEK OVER AN INFECTION....IGNORED. Now. Its serious. Then give me a.potentially debilitating drug, with no care or even discussion over previous medications?? NO. If I list every problem I encountered...and eventually I will, it hopefully saves someone from what I have gone thru. MIGHT SAVE SOMEONES LIFE Prescribing a dangerous antibiotic to someone with spinal nerve damage & neuropathy?? Pushing me off SIX TIMES to E.R, once 2x in one day, because they didn't have time to answer a question. The best?? All the potentially fatal drug interactions that Benson basically said was "OK". He looked at three meds and gift confused. After being told to stop taking blood thinners, I realize he has told me to stop taking all the others, but keep taking that?!? You want to take a chance on feeling worse while you feel bad?? Go here. They deserve to be CLOSED.
