I was concerned about my Green Light Laser treatment because of some horror stories that have appeared online. So I waited as long as I could for treatment. Dr. Grotas took the time to explain everything quite well - both during appointments and via email. But I couldnt have hoped for a better doctor to do this procedure. Everything turned out well and what was formerly a drip many times a day with much bladder pain is now a stream that flows freely - as if I were a kid again. All sexual functionality has returned as well. I really couldnt recommend a Urologist more highly.

Dr. Grotas was so extemely sympathetic to my needs while I was in South Nassau Hospital and a follow up visit to his office ! He remained calm despite my level of anxiety . I have been so pleased with his work and surgery . I would recommend him to anybody that was in need of a urologist !

Knowledgeable and courteous professional but refused to take any responsibility to pay for dental repairs to a 6-unit dental bridge that got stripped of 2 teeth and that broke into two its canine anchor tooth. Why didnt they fit me with a mouthguard? And how can he decline responsibility given that my dental bridge was fine when I went into surgery and smashed into pieces by the time I regained consciousness from general anesthesia in the post operation recovery room? Its not as if I could have sneaked out to the nearest steak joint and broken my teeth while chomping on a T-bone!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE,...after laughing the situation off and downplaying every thing said... i’ve been waiting on a call back for nearly FOUR months!! it is a simple urine test...no dr in this world is too busy to take 4 months to respond on a urine test. They tell me LATER that my insurance doesnt even cover, so im sure im looking at a $900 bill, for 3 mins in an office with some guy who takes nothing said, seriously.
