I had an excellent experience under Dr. Mallys care. He is a caring, compassionate and very pleasant doctor as well as the rest of his staff. I felt very comfortable and less nervous everytime I go for my follow up appointments. It was a great care.

Dr. Mally was my doctor at Advanced Urology and from the very start I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel like I was going to be O.K. and that we were in it together. I was treated for bladder cancer and it was removed and pathology came back as non-invasive and he said he got it all and as of now cancer free and just have to monitor me for years down the road. Wonderful Doctor and wonderful facility.

After a hysterectomy gone wrong (sliced uretal tube), I was passed around to a few different doctors to determine how to fix my injury. The doctors I dealt with didnt really explain the injury, treatment plan, what to expect, etc. I basically was left to --Google it--. Dr. Mally stepped on the scene and I finally felt like I mattered. He explained the treatment process, asked if I had questions, and told me what to expect. The treatment he suggested would eliminate the need for a major surgery - which was never discussed by other doctors in the same practice. Im pleased to say... It worked! Thank you Dr. Mally! I appreciate being treated like a person and not just another case.

When he finally appeared; did not even seem to know or care who I was. Have requested records( first kidney scan) to get second opinion; no response. Have lost faith in him. First visit after hospitalization great! Gone downhill since then. On March 24th, had appt. With Dr. Mally. Waited 50 minutes past appt. Time. When he finally appeared; did not even seem to know or care who I was. Have requested records( first kidney scan) to get second opinion; no response. Have lost faith in him. Beginning to feel this is more about doing procedures and charging insurance, than wanting to help me. Somewhat condescending ( God syndrome) part of his personna.

Diagnosed ruptured Angiomyolipoma.Dr. Mally was giving me 1 of 2 options: Do nothing, wait 4mass to bleed out or have him remove kidney. I insisted on a second opinion. 2nd urologist ordered renal isotopic scan done and consult with interventional radiologist. MY KIDNEYS ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND I AM now HAVING A MINIMALLY INVASIVE SELECTIVE EMBOLIZATIONdone(80% success rate, with kidney spared!) PATIENTS BEWARE ( PARTICULARLY MEDICARE PATIENTS;) PHYSICIANS LIKE what I described above, would RATHER REMOVE A FUNCTIONING ORGAN , PUTTING THE PATIENT THRU NEEDLESS PAIN, SUFFERING. PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE OF WHICH PHYSICAN YOU SEE: AND ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. UR LIFE MAY VERY WELL DEPEND ON IT!
