I have been seeing Dr Kasraeian over 10 years. I highly recommend him. Has great bed side manners and listens to you. I go to the beaches Office . Staff is nice and friendly. Great Dr

Dr Kas has worked for 2yrs to save my kidney that was nearly destroyed by a staghorn stone.

Dr Kas has been my urologist for many years. I had several before him but he is the best. After many years of trying different approaches, his use of laser surgery on my prostate was nothing less than outstanding. Its like Im still 20. I highly recommend him, and the procedure. That was 4 years ago and its still good.

Bed side manner horrible . Did not listen to what we had to say. Was always rushing out of the room . He was having trouble diagnosing my sons issues and just kept throwing pills at the situation . He mixed up my sons info with other patient . When we went back for follow up he was reading his notes and information was not even accurate of what he told us . We finally had to go to another doctor. And then my son got the help that he needed.

After two visits, never saw Dr. Kasraeian again. Was passed off to one of the PAs. Not sure why appointments are made. They are never kept.

Dr. Ahmad Kasraeian, is an outstanding physician but is staff is inconsiderate. Especifically his office manager. She is horrible. I advised her of my complaint, she was nonchalant and unprofessional. When doing business you dont have the patient on speaker phone .

Been a decade long patient and now I need a new urologist. Dr Kas no longer has the time nor PATIENCE to practice. Every time I ask questions he makes it sound like you are inconveniencing him. His vibe is very stressful and you can tell his staff is very stressed and understaffed (understatement). Guess Ill try a gander at McIver.

WOW!! VERY IMPATIENT. REFUSES TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND LITERALLY PUSHES YOU OUT THE DOOR. CANT UNDERSTAND A WORD HE SAYS BECAUSE OF MUMBLING AND THICK ACCENT.NEVER COMING BACK!!

Run, dont walk, away from this practice! First call to schedule an appt and had to leave a message. The call was returned ONE WEEK later. Three visits and I have yet to see a doctor - only a P.A. When I spoke to him about my issues with no one answering the phone or returning calls on any of my attempts to reach the office, he proceeded to get angry and let loose on me with a full 4 minute rant. I was told that the person who picks up the phone is busy with other things and staff is supposed to answer it, but they were too busy, and he couldnt because of the 200 patients he saw weekly. The suggestion he angrily gave me was to come into the office and speak to someone. Hmmm...he knows that I cannot physically do that. As of today, I have been trying to get a prescription changed for THREE WEEKS. This is where it becomes dangerous to visit. I received an RX that would have caused serious side effects when mixed with my other meds. Thankfully, I knew enough to check it out before taking it. He, on the other hand, did not even check before prescribing. As for the other staff, they seem to be polite and friendly.
