It is a very well-run practice. Dr. Schneider treats patients rather than the electronic medical record. I am not an easy-to-please patient. (Ive fired two MDs in SoFla in the past 20 years, and I am a little experience in the field.) Id recommend him (and his practice) to anyone without hesitation.

Dr Schneider is a wonderful doctor. He is caring and doesnt rush you. He listens and actually cares about how you are feeling. This is rare in South Florida these days.

Due to the reviews that I read about Dr. Schneider here this morning, I was mortified to go in to my appointment today that I had with him but I did it anyway. That was complete and utter nonsense!! My appointment went very well. All of the staff were great and the Doctor was as well. I did ask questions and was never rushed. Now, what I did pick up about personalitys and attitudes was they are all business. Its a very busy office and today at least he was packed with a lot of patients. There was no time to joke around. I sense that they are very hard workers, All of them. They put their nose to the grindstone and are pretty darn efficient. At least for now, I have 2 more appointments with them and I am betting they will be great too. I have a feeling that a few of these reviews are written by the same person (since they pretty much say the same thing), perhaps a disgruntled former patient? At any rate, put your mind at ease and go in to see him. I am betting that you will see the complete opposite of these reviews when you go in too.

This doctor is an excellent Urologist!! His office is clean and modern and back office staff so nice caring and informative. I was really scared as I could not empty my bladder and he was wonderful!! Answered all my questions and made me feel so at ease!

I tried to make the appointment on line. I guess your office does not have that particular service. Therefore, I will call on Monday to make my appointment. Your office is awesome...everyone is so courteous.

Never have I experienced such rude behavior from an office staff that is clearly incompetent. The doctor is great as is the nursing staff.

Dr. Schneider MAY be a good doctor, but you will not feel that he cares about you. The wait time is always long (:30 - 1 hour), he spends minimal time with the patient and does not encourage any questions.He did diagnose my condition accurately, but when complications arose from a procedure, he just joked about it saying it was --just one of those things.--I will never go back.

He performed surgery on me years ago. To this day I question if that surgery was necessary. Very questionable.

This Dr used to be good. Now, it’s all about money. The first visit will be with Dr. Schneider and he will show an interest. On the second visit you will be tossed to some college student with very little experience. You will spend thousands of dollars, that your insurance will pay for. When they can’t figure it what you have or you have going on or you challenge them, they will become dismissive and tell you to try another Dr.
DO NOT GO TO THIS Dr! You will be wasting your time and money. So sad to think a Dr. Can’t see his own patients and wants to just take your money.

Dr advised to have a --green light turp-- procedure. I had the procedure done on a Friday and was released from Holy Cross Hospital without being able to urinate. This was the second of the same procedure that what done a year prior. I contacted the doctor and was told to --push harder--. I was told to come to his office on the following Tuesday morning when a cath was placed. TO THIS DAY I HAVE COMPLETE ED AND AN A DOUBLE FLOW OF URINE AS THE PROCEDURE OPENED A SECOND CHANNEL. MY LIFE IS RUINED!

I was refused as a patient because of insurance. I offered to pre-pay $500.00 as I can easily afford medical care. I was told to call back when I have appropriate insurance. No insurance, no appointment.

Try to ask the doctor a question he was nasty this is the second time after the procedure done on my husband the kidney pain got worst now has an infection no bedside matter he is rude

Office Staff is the worst... Rude.. As far as Dr. S.. He doesnt care about the paitent .. He just all about the MONEY .. I dont think he cares about your health problems Just the money.. Trying to find someone else ..Will not go back!

I have to feel that Im in a health partnership with my doctor. Dr Schneider provided me very sketchy information about my infection and wouldnt answer my 3-4 simple questions about causes or chances of reoccurence. I wont go to a physician with an old-school attitude of, --Im the doctor and Ill tell you what you need to know--. Period.

He is so shockingly rude and full of himself that you at first think you misunderstood something. Nope. He’s that obnoxious. And the receptionist/scheduler is very close behind. I think she is so nasty because she knows he likes it. Anyone else would’ve been fired after one hour. Believe me, he’s not that good that you need to be subject to that disrespect. He might be as good as any other but his attitude and staff drag him way down.

Worst Dortor and staff I have ever encountered. Only after my money. Calles to have my records faxed to me and they told me they needed a request in writing and they were rude.
