Words cannot express how I feel about this dr. He is one of a kind!

I just had my vasectomy done by Dr. Sidhome. He was kind, funny, (which made the procedure so much easier). He is caring, and it shows. He genuinely took interest into me and my family as we had small talk during the procedure. As for what really matters, (the procedure).... FLAWLESS. He did a perfect job. I was in such little discomfort. He did a great job distracting me, and if I had to do it again, I would go straight to him. GREAT PERSON, GREAT DOCTOR.

lost my referrals several times; misplaced my biopsy results; never see the same doctor twice; waiting time is ridiculous in an overcrowded waiting room

I went to Dr.Sidhom because of severe bladder pain. He said he would do a cystoscopy, wasnt able to do it in the office because it was too painful. Said he would do it in the hospital, then never scheduled it. I went back, and he told me there was nothing wrong with me. I asked him how he could say that when he didnt even do the cystoscopy, and he said he --saw enough-- to see that my bladder was --normal--. He sent me away, telling me I needed to find a hobby. I went back one more time because of the distress I was in, and his first statement to me was:--What are you doing here, theres nothing wrong with you--. I almost cried, and he told me I needed to take up yoga, find a hobby, and stop thinking about myself so much. I finally went to another Urologist, and was diagnosed with an advanced case of Interstitial Cystitis. In fact, that doctor said it was so bad, he didnt know if I would ever get any better. Dr.Sidhom was very contemptuous, patronizing, and inconsiderate.

My father went to see Dr. Sidhom and was told he would be seeing Dr. Mehta instead. Dr. Mehta was rude and when speaking with my father, shoved paperwork in his face and spoke in an angrily to him all while I was in the room. After my fathers appointment, the nurse told him they would have the tests results from his urine sample back the next day. His results never came in. Six days later I called and spoke with the office manager, Lois, who then transferred my call to Dr. Mehta who spoke condescendingly to me and blatantly lied to me. Finally Dr. Mehta admitted the UA specimen was never sent out to the lab.

Does not explain anything. Treats his elderly patients with very bad temper. Unacceptable customer service. Probably the worst experience weve had with a doctor yet.

I believe Dr. Sidhom is a rip-off. he keeps his patience with chronic conditions in very low medications. After waiting at least 3 to 5 hours going from office to office, pretending doing something, Of course, they will always are going to be in constant pain and guess what??..Dr. Sidhom send you to a back inyection, so he can make $8,000.00 to $12,000.00 per injection. And the patients is always in pain. Well, the remedy is worse than the disease. Thank you i leave it to you.I will not reccomend him to anybody.

2 hours to get an appointment after multiple calls (getting disconnected in some) then closest appointment almost a month. Wanted to reschedule with another urologist but insurance put up a maze to do that so so far Im sick with this medical group. Hope the doctor is at least competent.

Overbooks-extremely crowded waiting room, very difficult to see Dr Sidhom, inefficient- discourtious, office staff. On one visit we were left waiting for 2 hrs in the waiting room. Some of the examining tables upholstery are taped together with clear tape and looks shabby. On the positive side, the one time we got to see Dr Sidhom, he took his time and answered our questions but all the other times we had to see his physicians assistants.

I have to say the same about the office staff. I had this doctor about 10 years ago or so for a procedure and he was a great doctor, however; since then the mesh that he placed inside to hold my bladder has been recalled so I waited for my insurance to change so I can see him and finally I got an appointment to see him and I was so happy. Needless to say, I was waiting 2 or more hours past my appointment time and finally let inside a room. I wanted 2 see the doc, they had promised me i was going to see the doc, but instead I saw a nurse practitioner or some sort and I told that person of my issues and the doc was available and he said that not to worry, he wanted me to get the procedures scheduled to be done right away because I might not have my insurance for very long and I was in pain and discomfort and then he promised me some sample medicine to try for the over active bladder issue and he mentioned that he could definately get these procedures scheduled asap and done asap to talk to one of his assistance who schedules the procedures. So i asked to chat with her, was told she was busy and need to wait to talk to her then some time passed and finally she told the other lady that there is no way I can have those procedures scheduled quickly, that the doc doesn t know his own schedule so that was a nice gesture, but she would try to get me in when she could and that would definately not be for another couple of months. Are you kidding me. I was upset and insisted that I talk to the doc again and they said I couldn t he was busy and I had my time to chat with him as a patient and I waited until he came out and he said that well if she says not for a few months then she should know as she sets up my procedure appts and I said, but you just said you would get me in right away bcuz my insurance and pain and discomfort and right away never means months 2 come. he said i am sorry, but I am very busy that is why I have these women working here to keep my schedule up. Then I looked back at the woman and she now said that the other woman who sets up procedure appts that now she could no longer schedule me, she needed to get back with me and maybe it will be more like 3 to 4 months for each procedure to be scheduled out and I was clearly upset fealt like she was trying to punish me for bringing it up to the doctor himself and I also got upset about the women promising me to see the doc and ended up seeing the nurse practitioner and they said that is just the way they work around there, sometimes you might see the doc, but most of the time you will see the nurse practitioner and I said, you should have told me that so I would be prepared ahead of time or would know at least. They are so rude, special and think that they are GOD and they should all be fired and then they would feel what it feels like to be a REGULAR person suffering financially who deserves to be treated with respect because they chose to go there, when there are many other docs we could have chosen to go see and are not obligated to see that particular doctor or go to that particular facility. These are, unfortunately; the type of people who are going to school these days to get a degree to work with people who are sick and they shouldn t be allowed to work in any profession that allows them to work with people not even dead people, because they don t have any sort of education or sense of common courtesy or any sort of kindness, compassion or people/ customer service skills whatsoever. Needless to say, I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIn, no matter what and EVERYONE who has issues with this office and the women who work in it, should complain to the medical board maybe with enough complaints they will take it seriously. I am currently at another facility the docs are very helpful, the staff still special, but they still try to schedule things faster than at this office I have mentioned. And they offer my kids a lollipop as incentive to behave,
