Im very pleased with the Doctor, she is intelligent, personable and excellent communicator. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Im a 48 year old male and never been to a urologist. after a sudden on set of symptoms i called chesapeake urology and was set up with an appointment with the first available doctor. It was my lucky day when i wes sent to see Dr. Tsao, She took great care of me as a patient and a person. She made me feel totaly at ease talking to her about a very embarassing issue and couldnt of had a better experience. She talked to me for at least a half hour until all my questions were resolved.

Very competent at her craft but lacks human empathy and views complaints about pain as --drug seeking--. No compassion or understanding of the extremely painful conditions she treats, was probably very good in med school working with inanimate subjects. Do not recommend for anything beyond routine exams.
