"He explained my problem very clearly and discussed the advantages & disadvantages of the various treatments for it. I'm going to ask him to do the surgery."

Great bedside manner, explains things in terms you understand. Highly recommended.

I became Dr. Seegers patient when I was admitted to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center for a kidney infection and large, painful kidney stone. I saw him twice - once to consult and again shortly before he performed a procedure to treat the stone. He gave me his card and told me to call his office week or so after discharge to schedule a follow-up appointment and a second procedure. I was discharged 2 weeks ago and have left half a dozen messages with his office voicemail but have yet to receive a call back. My daughter called and left 2 messages and never received a response either. He may be a good doctor when yourea patient in the hospital, but what does it matter, if he and his staff abandon you once you leave the hospital? Id give his staff ZERO stars if I could, because answering the phone and returning patient calls is the absolute minimum to be able to call yourself an employee, and they did neither.

Dr. Seeger seemed like a nice doctor, but his staff was horrible; I had requested Dr. Seeger to fill out FMLA documentation that my job required stating medical necessity. Seeger filled it out, and his staff sat on it for two weeks. I didnt find out that they had not turned in the documents until the company I was working fors hr department contacted me asked if I was quitting when confronted. The staff made excuses about not having my phone number despite having called me multiple times prior. Later the same staff instructed me in preparation for surgery with Dr. Seeger to discontinue taking medications I take daily, then canceled said surgery because I followed their instructions, further compounding the problem by refusing to refund $400.00 surgery that never happened and that they canceled. My interactions with Dr. Seeger were acceptable, and he was professional but and its a big but his staff is both unprofessional and unethical. Those failings have cost me *Buyer Beware*
