Dr Brode is an extremely competent physician who takes her time with each patient. She is very knowledgeable and compasssionate. I recommend her highly.

I love having the accessibility that Dr. Brode gives me. She is always punctual, compassionate and always knows just what to say to calm me down. I wish all of my doctors were like her.

Incompetent rude staff. Dr. Brode spent a short time in the room on the first visit. Seemed friendly & knowledgeable.

I was told by her medical assistant to undress from the waist down. I questioned her why and she told me DR Brode was going to do a Cystoscopy. Ok? Shouldnt my doctor come in and tell me that or at least explain why! Then I wait for 20 minutes with my legs up in stirrups undressed, when dr Brode finally enters I questioned her. You could tell she was upset I quested her. On top of an extremely painful scope (Ive had them before and they never hurt like that). no follow through and a man in the hall changing the garbage saw me laying on the table when they opened the door. Thats just terribly insensitive. Im laying with no clothes on and while their assistant pushes out their scope table, the door stays open and the housekeeping gentleman standing in the hall stares right into my room as I laid there with my legs up in the stirrups. Thats unacceptable. I complained and no one even called.

After waiting way too long undressed from the waist down, I finally got up, got dressed and got out. I was steaming mad by the time I talked to her and she apologized, saying she was telling someone they had cancer. Sorry. Unacceptable and unprofessional- I’ll only call there again for my records (and the time before, she was rather coarse and harsh in her examination of me)

I called her office four times after seeing her with issues with medication and referrals. Does not communicate and does not have office follow-up with communication.
