I've only seen Dr. Agosta a couple times-he seems fantastic and I can't say enough nice things about him. As for anyone else I've encountered in his office-I'd have to say not great or even good. Always wait at least 30 minutes-no big deal but no one acknowledges your time is important by saying sorry we are running behind. I made a comment to the nurse after an hour wait and then listened to her talk about me in the hall with the other staff-all I said was in your opinion what is the best time to schedule an appt so I don't have to wait so long-especially on the visits my kids have to come to. 2 other nurse encounters I had were terrible-I'm a nurse myself and can't believe how big of an inconvenience I am made to feel like. my one encounter with the U/S tech was pretty poor too-my husband even asked if she seemed in a bad mood-it seems all the nurses are always except 1 and I haven't seen her since my first appt! But I suppose he is such a great Dr that dealing with the rudeness is worth it! He runs late because he takes the time to answer any questions a person will have-you can't be upset with that!

Excellent caring and professional. I refer him to anyone with urinary problems. I did not have experience with him for my deliveries.

Dr. Agosta is a great doctor who knows a lot about his craft. He will let you know the real deal and let you decide.

Regarding. Dr. Andrew Augusta, I have been with him from beginning of his practice. I’m 81 years old .he has 3 generations of my family not counting my friends. He has just delivered 3 of my great grandchildren with complications, and because of him they are alive and fine. I now need him for female problems, was always secure to have him in my life. HF does not care about us patients to have the best care. Letting him go is going to be another hospital’s great gain. HF has become like our politics all messed up. When you have the best you keep him. We will all follow him. Sincerely so sad, Leona Bush

First went to OB/GYN in 2011 and was sent to Urologist for concerns. Ended up with hysterectomy and same problems after the surgery. My Family Med Doctor referred me to Dr. Agosta. WOW!! He addressed and explained all my issues and did a pelvic reconstruction that took my life back to normal. Now, a year and 1/2 later...couldn't be happier and am aware every day of how great the reconstruction turned out for me. In my mid 60's...have no mesh in my body, and consider this to be a GREAT surgeon. Loved the office staff..efficient, polite, friendly and helpful...it was a GREAT medical experience. TY to them all.

While the experience with Dr. Agosta was an overall good one, the staff at his office was terrible. I even called them before an ultrasound appointment telling them that I would be running 10 minutes late and if that was OK, the staff member on the phone told me that it was OK. Well, when I got there 10 minutes late as I had told them, I heard the ultrasound tech say very rudely while pointing my direction, "Is that my 1:30pm appointment?" The secretary responded "yes, it is." Then the ultrasound tech then rudely stated "Oh, no, I'm not seeing her this late, I have a 2pm coming in and she will have to reschedule!" Then I asked them both if they had received my call that I was running late and they both said "no." Finally, I left and called back persistent with them that someone had told me that it was OK to come in 10 minutes late, then they finally said "Oh, it was another lady in back who normally does not answer the phone who said that." The staff member then gave a half apology for the inconvenience. I then got my ultrasound done elsewhere as I could not even fathom letting that rude ultrasound tech near me. After I eventually saw Dr. Agosta a week later, the whole office seemed to be weird as if I was a problem, even Dr. Agosta appeared rushed, so needless to say, I never returned and ultimately found a more caring OB/GYN doctor's office. Very sad, because I liked Dr. Agosta's surgery on me and bedside manner before this all occurred. I'm thinking that office politics got around that I was irate about being treated rudely, but I was not there for petty games, just healthcare. I am in the medical field also as a RN and have never talked to patients like the way his staff did to me...not an enjoyable experience at all!

Scolded his staff in front of me during the initial visit. Very bad first impression. Once surgery was decided on I never saw him again. I was already under when he came into the operating room, and the assistant did the after surgery check up. Not happy about that, feel like a piece of meat.

I first saw Dr. Agusta in the E.R and I feel that he is very arrogant he seemed to be in a hurry to go watch his game and really never gave me any answered as to why I was bleeding and clotting. I most definatly would not recommend him in the to anyone, and hope that I never have to encounter with him again. He made me feel uncomfortable and also felt like I was a burden to his day. Hope you enjoyed your game Dr. Agusta because as for me Im still bleeding and clotting still searching for answers.
