I had lab results come in from an outside physician, but felt the interpretations weren't completely accurate. A well trusted friend of mine referred me to Dr. Nguyen and spoke highly of him. Dr. Nguyen carefully examined my labs, clearly explained his diagnosis, and devised a coherent treatment plan. Everything made sense from beginning to end. I would recommend Dr. Nguyen to any patient who is looking for an extremely competent and knowledgeable physician.

My father was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and our family was so scared when we found out. Dr Nguyen took his time to explain the various treatments and made us feel so comfortable in guiding our decision. I'm so glad that he is my father's urologist. Can't ask for a better doctor.

I was diagnosed with IC 15+ years ago. I called to see if Dr Nguyen did the bladder installation treatments and was kept on hold to get the answer. I was told yes and rushed in for the appointment as soon as they could see me. Dr Nguyen questioned my diagnosis several times and then told me he, along with most doctors, do not do the bladder installations. He offered a surgical procedure instead. He questioned other treatments I have had and told me several times things had been done incorrectly in my past for this diagnosis. Ultimately it felt as though he was talking down at me and in the end, he couldn't help me. I wish I knew he wouldn't do the treatment before wasting days waiting for the appointment and paying the copay. It was a complete waste of time (even though I checked in advance if they did these). Additionally, the office has a mask policy and he kept his under his nose and mouth the whole time. It felt just as hypocritical as the way I was treated the entire appointment.

I went to this doctor for kidney stones, he ordered up a bunch of tests that weren't even related. He also refused to answer any of my questions. The woman in the front couldn't speak English very well either and made me wait while she talked on the phone for a half an hour even though I had an appointment. There was no one ahead of me. I was the only one there.

This Dr. Nguyen made me go see him three times. Each time I had to pay 40 dollars copay for nothing when he could’ve done it in one appointment. Just like previous review from another patient I felt like he made me go back and forth and waste $120 dollars on copays within two weeks for nothing. When I expressed my disappointment he starts yelling at me and telling me he can’t do my surgery because I told him the truth. First of all no doctors office charges for a pre-op especially when his office verified before I called. When I confronted this he could not handle the truth. He then makes me get an X ray when I just got a CT scan. I think he wants to put money in his pocket. How is this not stealing from patients? Very unethical doctor. Never again.. He’s always in a hurry and never answers questions. I don’t trust him with my surgery and him basically putting money in his pocket for services 100% covered by my insurance. The procedure he did was also 100% covered but he still This Dr. Nguyen made me go see him three times. I paid 120 dollars within two weeks when services were covered 100 % by my insurance including a pre-op which shouldn’t have been charged. When I expressed my concerns regarding unnecessary visits he had a fit and started yelling at me.. I guess the truth hurt him since he refused to do my surgery. Total waste of money and I want my money back for him not doing anything to help me. I’ve already filed a greivence against this doctor. Stay away as he will ripe you off too as he did me. Plus he makes you wait two hours wasting time from work. He is not worth a penny and should be ashamed of himself…

Terrible doctor and terrible experience in my life. This doctor is so disrespectful and arrogant. He got upset when I told him he was ripping me off. He made me go back and forth for nothing when everything could’ve been done the first time around. He did not even go over my results. He started screaming at me when I told him he kept charging me unnecessarily. I became afraid of his behavior. To top it off he purposely made me wait two hours waiting for him. He is nothing in my books. In fact I filed a grevience on him.. terrible. Stay away from this person..
