Dr. Pienkny is very knowlegable and sweet; however his staff - and particularly his assistant - are very rude and unprofessional. They dont treat their patients with respect and they dont respond to phone calls in a timely manner.

I did the sperm test two months ago and I asked for the result since it is very time sensitive for my wife to do IVF. but it took two months for the doc to get back to me on the result. I asked for the result directly but he kept saying he had to explain to me and wouldn't give the result directly. And then he said he had to do the lab test again. As a patient, I have the right to have access to all my lab result. I don't understand why he kept delaying it and said he had to meet me in person but it took him forever to schedule a new appointment.
