Dr.. Frick is like a humming bird. When she is with you she is WITH you, other times she darts fast here and there. She is direct and talks fast but makes sure you know all options and consequences. During exams she explains in detail what she is doing. The nature of her specialty means most things are going to hurt- very tender areas. The Sutter system has many layers and requires patience and not all receptionists are sensitive to patient needs, but all in all I'm very glad I was referred to Dr. Frick and will reccomend her to anyone.

I had chronic and painful UTI's one after another which no doctor helped. Then my primary care doctor did some research and referred me to Dr. Frick. It's been well over a year that I have been free of UTI's. She assured me that UTI free for over a year when prior to seeing dr. frick Over a year UTI free. She helped me when others could not. Thank you Dr. Frick. She is an excellent doctor and has a sense of humor, and a reassuring way. i

Dr Frick conveyed more valuable information more efficiently than any doctor I've ever had. She diagnosed my problem, explained potential treatments and their possible side effects, and answered my questions as clearly, comprehensively and succinctly as is humanly possible. She is very impressive--and a lovely, warm person to boot.

I have been seeing Dr. Frick for a few years for Overactive Bladder and Interstitial Cystitis. She has always been engaged and listened to my concerns. There has always been a discussion and she lets me know what she thinks needs to be done. I am doing so much better than I had been over the years. I live 35 miles away and don't mind traveling for an appointment. I had a Urologist in my town who gave up and sent me to her. I am SO glad he did!!

I had surgery with Dr. Frick a few months ago. She is the greatest doctor! She's patient, caring and explains procedures, surgeries, etc. so a person can better understand what to expect. I would definitely recommend my family or friends to her. She's given me my quality of life back!!

I went into see Dr frick for several prolapses. She made me feel very comfortable. And she was very knowledgeable. She made me feel she really wanted to help me. I did have to wait a while to see her. It took 3 months to get my first appt. But well worth the wait.

Anna Frick may be quite good at this specialty but the office was not fun. I arrived 15 minutes early, sat in the waiting room. They called my name, said "where is your paperwork?" What paperwork? I never got anything. So they took me in, gave me the clipboard to fill out, and I waited a good 30 minutes. Didn't even come and take the paperwork. Waited there naked by myself. Feels like Kaiser!!! Finally they came and got the clipboard/paperwork and I said, I"ve been here 30 minutes, I have to go fill my parking meter, will she be here soon??? She came in after about another 15 minutes and said she didn't even receive my paperwork until right then. The staff totally dropped the ball. What annoyed me though was that, despite the fact that I had a referral, she didn't read my file. She only read the paperwork I had filled out in haste. I've had three prolapse surgeries and it is complicated and don't read MY stuff read my drs notes as they wrote it all down. I won't say she was rude, but lets say she won't win the personality award. No one in that office was nice! No, I won't go back there, either.

I would never recommend Anna Frick to anyone ever... Not surprised she hasnt changed and so many bad reviews. She is a horrible and cold Doctor. Instead of treating patients with respect and compassion she acts like she is better than everyone. 8 years ago I was about to die, due to a large tumor on my ovary. Her negligent care almost cost me my life. I could have and should have filed a medical malpractice claim against her. I see that she has not changed for the better. Beware she is the worst kind of human.

This quote of Dr. Frick's says it all. Just as others said: cold, arrogant, demeaning. Maybe she's a good surgeon but she is a terrible G.P.

I started seeing Dr. Frick regarding chronic pelvic pain issues which were precipitated by a mis-treated UTI from her PA. Over the course of many visits and tests I was given no answers as to what is wrong with me. After doing considerable online research I was able to properly diagnose myself (this should have been Dr. Frick's job). She referred me to a PT who confirmed the condition. The PT suggested a topical Rx cream and Dr. Frick refused to fill it. After 5 visits with her and her PA, Dr. Frick would not speak over the phone, or even explain why she was refusing to fill the Rx, and simply said to schedule another appointment. Dr. Frick was happy to write a Rx for antidepressants, but not a topical medication without even giving a reason. I am extremely disappointed with my experiences with Dr. Frick.

Honestly, I truly think this lady hates her job and uses lots of bias in how she operates. I have complained about a problem for awhile and all she does is say “ I don’t prescribe pain medication “ and just generally seems to hate that she has to talk to people. This is the type of doctor you would not want in an epidemic because she does not really care to listen to patients.
