Our experience with Dr. Balcom exceeded our expectations on all levels. He was professional and personable. His interaction with our twin boys displayed his gentle and careful attention to their care. We were blessed by his excellent skill and winsome demeanor!

He is a truly compassionate & honest Doctor. He imagined himself in my situation in order to give me the best possible advice. He also spoke with me in a very real & down to earth manner, respecting the patient as an equal with real concerns. I highly recommend this Dr, even after only one visit.

Dr. Balcom is one of the best doctors I’ve encountered in a long time! I took my daughter to him for a second opinion after spending 9 months under the care of a pediatric urologist at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. In the 9 months at Children’s my concerns were ignored and my child suffered. I couldn’t believe the night and day difference I experienced with Dr. Balcom. I could tell Dr. Balcom truly cared and he took his time and did a very detailed exam. He then took a lot of time to explain things to me and even showed me images from my daughter’s ultrasound. He was so personable. I left the office feeling like me and him were a team and we were doing everything possible to get to the root of my child’s problem. I am so happy I found him and would tell anyone looking for a urologist for their child to see him! He was just fantastic!

Dr. Balcom is kind and gentle with the child and provided comfort to the parent with his thorough explanation and options for the continued care of the child. Dr. Balcom is extremely knowledgeable in his field.

Dr. Balcom has been treating our 12 year old son for the past year. He is extremely thorough and takes the time needed to talk with us at each visit. We cant say enough good things about him.

Usually you need to book approximately 8 months in advance to see Dr. Balcom. But once your appointment comes nearby, he goes on a vacation for a month and will move you down like 2 to 3 months down. Its hard to plan when you have a job.
