"This complaint regards Dr. Arnold Sarazen. On Friday 01/08/2021 I missed an appointment by no fault of mine. I called Monday 01/11/2021 to pay the penalty and to reschedule. I was rescheduled for 01/15/2021 at the same Newport location.
