Dr. Patel is one of few remaining from the --old guard-- -- he truly cares about his patients and uses his years of experience and judgement to do the right thing. Hes not swayed by the over-testing done recently. He is also the most accessible doctor there is. Any time day or night by phone and the most convenient office hours.
I consulted Dr. Arvind Mansukh Patel, there was cyst and kidney stone, he called me and said I have to go to the surgeon. Dr.Patel is easy to communicate and has lot of knowledge, he also gave me his phone number to talk to him and give him the updates. As a doctor he cares about his patient.
?Very un-informed, not up-to-date, not a competent urologist. Even thogh we questioned him few times, and despite the rising PSA and symptms we told him, he did not do other tests in a timel8y manner to further evaluate the situaton and missed the cancer. Even the prostat exam he does is not very reliabel. Avoid him.
