I tried to have a minor surgical procedure done for over 8 months to no avail. After an initial consultation in Mar, I was told I would receive a call in about a month with a date for the procedure, they called back in June, told them summer was not a good time for me. After repeated calls to them in the fall I was always put on hold, and usually then disconnected, after calling back I would then be told someone would call me back - which no one ever did. After asking why it is so difficult to set an appt date, I was told things like the system was down, or they needed to look at my chart, or the Dr was on vacation. I finally gave up after numerous calls and being told to call back later - again after being disconnected while on hold. I have nothing negative to say about Dr Rasool, he was professional and courteous, however his staff is as unprofessional and unhelpful as any Ive ever dealt with. I finally gave up and decided to go to make an appt with another Dr.
