Dr Bertram Lewis is a caring, compassionate, who listens to your concerns and gives you options to treat your diagnosis. Non-condescending and works with you unlike many others who more or less dictate treatments.

Dr Bertram Lewis gave me a number of options to treat my condition, allowing me the opportunity to choose. Three different procedures were performed and I am completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr Lewis.

Very difficult to get an appointment even with a potentially serious condition & referral. Its even harder to get staff to answer the phone or call you back to make that appointment. Staff not aware of insurance plans accepted. Office demands 30-minute arrival before an appointment to fill out --extensive paperwork--. My Internist shares the office and I was 1st told most information could be shared between doctors but today I was refused care as I arrived only 5-minutes before my appointment (I wasnt told about the 30-minute rule previously). I waited 8 weeks to be seen and drove almost an hour to get there and now they want me to reschedule? What is contained in this special paperwork that is so different, so crucial that a patient cant be seen (a patient whos main doctor is the only other doctor in the office)??? Sometimes a person just gets --too big for their britches--. I believe Dr. Lewis fits that saying. Not recommended. I could not rate Punctuality or Knowledge as not seen.
