Very competent physician, but has problem with punctuality

close friend of mine went to this doctor to find out if there were any underlying issues with his prostate.
Was told that he only had "urinary tract" infection problems.
Come to find out 3 months later that he has cancer growths in his chest and prostate after a surgery. Cancer doesnt just grow over night.
