As a person who reads reviews, but never writes any- This is the first time in my life, that I was ever inspired to go online and write a review about an experience that I had. A little less than a month ago, I sought medical help for a urology problem that I had. Like many people , I had an insane amount of fear, among tons of questions and concerns. That’s when I was directed to Dr. Bobby Najari at NYU. In just one visit to Dr. Najari’s office, my fears, questions, and concerns were laid to rest. He had the most calming and reassuring atmosphere, that I just knew I was in good hands. He gave me all the time in the world, gave me his most honest opinion on the matter, and most of all listened intently. His main priority was to make me feel comfortable and never dismissive of any real concerns I had. Less then a week later, I met with Dr. Najari for my procedure. He advised me of all possibilities post-op, that I may need to have a tube to help the healing process and drainage. However once the procedure was over, I woke up feeling great. He called my daughter, informed her that everything went exactly as planned and no drain or any further healing treatments were needed. I healed in no time, and I sincerely wanted to thank Dr. Najari for his patience, his friendship, and his professionalism. If anyone is looking for an amazing Doctor to trust in this field, he’s your guy.

Dr. Najari helped me get rid of multiple Kidney stones and an infection in two weeks. He’s so compassionate and attentative to patients needs. He even calls you to see how you are feeling . How sweet is that?! His OR team is so friendly and make you feel comfortable in a nerve wrecking situation. I will forever be grateful for his time spent on me. If you needs good Urologist and Surgeon please go to NYU and ask for this Angel!

I have had only one visit with Dr Najari, but I was so impressed i had to write this review. He is the consummate professional. He gave me a throughout examination and explained each step of the process: why he was doing what he was doing, and how. He took time to explain my illness, my symptoms and his initial diagnosis. He prescribed additional testing to confirm his hypothesis and again explained why I need ed these additional tests and how he would interpret the results. I left feeing confidence in his diagnosis and his recommdatins and alternatives posited.

First of all, Dr. Najari is a great guy. His bedside manner is perfect for a doctor who has to work with a man's most personal and prized possessions. He's so calm, soft-spoken, and welcoming. When the time came to do my surgery, he was perfect. Nice, calm, yet very professional. His team was great and my whole experience with him as my doctor has been wonderful. Highly recommended to any guy who wants to talk about very personal stuff without feeling weird.

He was very professional, soft spoken, and called right away after my sonogram to discuss results and treatment options with me. Five star doctor! The nurses working there are also great. However the staff at NYU definitely need to improve their customer service skills. The staff are rude and are not knowledgeable at all. The sonogram technician was extremely unprofessional.

I was trying to see if Dr. Najari was taking new patients. I found him on a specific site, where he was outlined in providing this medical treatment. After 2 days, with no calls back and over 30 minutes of waiting on hold, one of the receptionists would not answer any questions and was extremely rude after pressing for my exact reason for seeing him. I explained the site, the exact branded medical treatment name and she would still not assist. This was the most awful experience I've ever had with Doctors. It's a shame. Dr. Najari, if you're reading this, I hope you can find a way to improve your staffs handling of these situations, as well as prompt response to new patient inquires. It's a shame because you have such glowing reviews below, worked so hard to make your patients feel comfortable only to be tarnished by poorly trained, bottom of the barrel staff.
