So far he has been super, very intelligent and takes time to answer and listen to us. Very pleased with his overall mannerism.

Not many doctors around would come in on a holiday weekend and perform a procedure. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I just wish we had more doctors in the Ardmore area that were like Dr Sofola.

Dr. sofola performed a saturated biopsy. It was effortless for me. He explained everything. Afterwards little to no pain. Healed fast. Only problem is the waiting time for scheduled appointments.

I really liked Doctor Sofola and believe he is a good and knowledgable doctor. On the other hand, the ardmore office managment/staff in my opinion leaves much to be desired. Most of the time appointments run very far behind scheduled times and routinely involve extended waits in the outer office waiting room. Nonetheless,if an appointment is missed the --policy-- is to charge the patient a $25 no show fee.

I am not sure if they were all having an "off" day or not. But my first appt was very disappointing. The doctor never did come in to see me and mind you, he was sitting right outside the room chatting with the girls at the nurse's station. I guess he felt he didn't want to see any more patients that day. It was only 1pm. Especially after NP Jodi saw I had a prolapsed bladder and I have IC BPS. I would have thought at that point the doctor would have at least come in even for 5 min. Jodi said she wanted to have a CT done and I have called several times now in the last week and the imaging center still does not have the request. Funny that my regular doc called in to have an ultrasound done (different issue) and the imaging center called me the very next day. So, it's not them. I even called Dr. Sotolo's office to inform them nothing had been received by the imaging center and I got a message back that they had called it in and for me to call the imaging center. Well, I did call, twice and no, they have no request. Dr. Sotolo may very well be an excellent surgeon but being that he never took even 5 min to come in and talk with me, I will go elsewhere. Honestly, I am not one to complain. That does not solve anything. I could see if I was an established patient and NP Jodi is very good, but no, I cannot recommend this practice.
