The wait time of 15 mins. wasn't a problem. I found Dr Keyes to be a very smart man, he took his time with me I didn't feel rushed. I'm sure that wait (which is normal)was spent with someone else that wasn't rushed. He handled my stone problem. I will tell my friends about him. Very nice doctor
