Dr. Rogers was considerate and caring. His manner was professional and thorough. I was pleased with his office staff as well especially his medical assistant Jess who went out of her way to be helpful.

I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Brad Rogers office. I feel like I was able to talk to Dr. Rogers about very personal problems and him and his nursing staff made me feel very comfortable. Overall the entire office was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Dr. Rogers was professional and knowledgeable as was his staff. Two of his nurses are RNs and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I hate going to see doctors but this office made it much easier and after taking the medication prescribed, I felt much better.

Dr. Rogers and his staff were caring and helpful. Their office was pleasant and since it is located at St. Mary hospital, it is very convenient. Blood work, X rays can all be scheduled and done on site.

the doctor was ok but the staff were completely rude and incompetent. I would never go back to this office. The MA said she would call me with my test results and never did. When I called the office, they first told me it was the doctors fault for not calling and then they told me they usually dont call with test results. Also, If you need a prescription or a refill and the doctor is not in the office, plan on waiting until whatever day he gets in; apparently there is no one on call. with all of the good doctors and institutions in this area there is no reason to ever go back to this office.

Doctor distracted and could not even properly insert catheter-but still charged for visit and generally displayed lackadaisical attitude about his job-which incidentally is being a doctor! Staff crass and unsophisticated.

Spent little time with me and did not explain the rationale for the tests ordered or the course of treatment. Apparently, when he is --on call-- he refers his patients to the ER rather than return a phone call. I am pretty sure this equals: not on call.
