My husband has had a catheter in place for over 6 months. Dr. Rosenthal is trying to help but the process is too slow because he is over extended. This is not right... when he says my husband needs to be seen Asap, they are booked and there No openings. So frustrating how slow this medical system works when someone needs immediate help it doesnt mean a thing.

Dr. Rosenthal is Great! He performed a robotic prostatectomy for my prostate cancer. The procedure and after care was phenomenal. I am now cancer free. His bedside manner is really great and unique. He is a regular guy without the typical --snootiness-- that many surgeons have. He has a very busy practice but really takes the time necessary to make you feel comfortable. He spent almost an hour with me discussing my cancer diagnosis and really made me comfortable with my desion to have surgery. I just saw that he was recognized as a Top Doc by Philadelphia Magazine and one of Americas top physicians by US News and World Report. These honors couldnt go to a better person. They are well deserved.

Dr Rosenthal and his team recently removed a 6 cm stone from my kidney and everything went great. The staff at Einstein hospital were also great and made such a unfortunate circumstance much more tolerable. I am now feeling great and its awesome not being in pain. Thanks again to everyone for being exceptional in what you do.

Had my 2nd visit with Chelsea the PA. She is absolutely fantastic. She takes the time to listen to you. Answers all your questions. But most of all she does not rush your visit. I would highly recommend her.

You might be a good doctor but your waiting time for your patients in your waiting room is a total disgrace. I ask people their waiting time. From 1to 3hrs. This was my last visit. I waited 1/2hr past the appointment, then I left. You care about no one but your self.

Waited an hour to finally see him. Staff always wants to get rid of you. Very unfriendly. He constantly will put you on medicine after medicine. If you want to be put on medication he is the doctor for you.

Front desk staff is rude and incompetent. Dr. Rosenthal is arrogant and patronizing. They do not do Telemed appointments in this Covid era. Dont even deserve the one star.
