Dr Irwin is young, connected to current technology and comfortable in conversation. Possible complications and outcomes were discussed frankly. His bedside manner is appropriate, informative and comforting in the conveyance of the situation.

I switched from Urology Associates in Plattsburgh and am very happy with all aspects of Dr. Irwin. He did surgery on my bladder and everything went excellent, even had no pain after surgery.

Didnt bother getting back to me after problematic imaging test for any recommendations. Didnt properly address a call I made to the office. Generally unsympathetic when I was in distress and curt manner.
