I would strongly recommend this physician and this practice. Nothing but first class. I was taken care of in a very professional manner. Yes, I had to wait a little bit, but then I have to wait in line at any store too.

I had such a great visit with Dr Keuer! I was referred for BPH issues and I cannot say that I have ever interacted with such a patient and understanding physician. Highly recommend! I have a followup visit in 3 months.

Well I went to see this doctor from a referral from my primary. I had to wait 6 weeks to see him for a cytoscopy (in pain that whole 6 weeks). I got in the room where his nurse then put the numbing gel on me and said the doctor will be in there in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I am lying on the table and hear his nurse tell him I am ready...he says, --Who?-- That set me off. When he finally started the procedure he could not get the scope into my bladder and said --its just not my day!-- Really? Do your job! This procedure is only supposed to take 5-10 minutes. I was in the room for 90 minutes. They could not find any problem and left me with my own cups for urine cultures to take to a lab on my own. Pretty much a --**** you and weree done with you-- in my head. I would never recommend him to anyone. My procedure was Tuesday and I am still bed ridden due to his hurtful procedure that wasnt supposed to hurt in the first place!

Lied to me, mislead me, surgery mistakes, done to me, left huge plastic robot part inside bladder, refused to give us the video of surgery we were promised, (i wonder why???) The worst doctor to hire that any man could possibly imagine. Despicable. All so very real. His --help-- his --cure-- is worse than very early stage prostate cancer. Refuses to provide patients with his --track record-- on all his prostatectomy victims. AFTER surgery He Ripped out though my pen_s this huge hard plastic jagged piece he left INSIDE my bladder during his da vinci robot prostatectomy. Stole the piece out of my wifes hands and ran out of the room. Covered his tracks by falsely recording --Cystoscopy result NORMAL-- in my file. Truth me. Him lies. They refused to give us our video of my prostatectomy we were promised. Gee, I wonder why? He had the gall to get angry at US for continually asking for it. Never sent the huge hard plastic piece back to the hospital for examination so we all could find out what went wrong, what broke , what they left inside my bladder. Gee I wonder why? If we were in the old west liars and cheats get what they have coming to them. How can this happen in the 21st century? How in the world does he get to walk around free?

Worst possible results by this doctor.He did NOT reveal complete details on what they remove when selling prostate surgery as the best. He did not acheive the promised and purchased function preservation. He later found big plastic chunk they let fall inside the bladder during his surgery. He wont tell us what it is nor how he let it get inside the bladder. He is a nice guy, but terrible contractor in my opinion.
