Excellent medical professional full of compassion and care! Meticulous in every step of the process and is humble and down to earth. Explained every step while doing it and I couldn’t be happier. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism! Would highly recommend.

Great Doctor but staff is rude and unprofessional. They treat the elderly patients very poorly. They feel they are doing you a favor.

Dr. Santa-Cruz is an excellent doctor, but his staff is not. If you call to ask to speak to the doctor, forget it there is no way you can get through. They need to replace the Office Manager and work on being responsive to patients to help them, not work against them.

THIS PRACTICE IS REALY GOOD FOR DOCTORS TREATING PATIENTS BUT THE STAFF FOR TAKE CARE THE PHONES ARE TERRIBLE , THEY PUT YOU IN SPEAKER AND EVERYONE KNOW YOU CONVERSATION NO CONFIDENTIALITY AT ALL POINTS INCLUDING THE OFFICE MANAGER MARIA LOPEZ , SO SORRY FOR THE REST OF THE STAFF THAT ARE NOT LIKE THAT , EXPERINCE MY SELF IS NOT TO COMBACK
