Excellent doctor! He has been treating me for over a year for kidney stones.

"Ive had kindy stones for over 30 years. Dr payne is the only doctor I will ever see about my kidney stones again. The last urologist i seen was terrible compared to dr payne. Also what other doctor will call you personally to check up on you? His staff is also top notch and very professional"

I have been going to Dr. Payne for years and years! I still see him anywhere from three to six months a year. He is one of the kindest doctors that I know. He has treated me respect. Dr. Payne is talks to you, tells you what he is going to do, while he is examining you. For the procedures, he is fantastic and will ask if he is hurting me. I do not think you could find a better urologist in Kingsport, TN. He is one more fine doctor and his office staff is always cordial and friendly. Perfect place to go for your needs.

Doctor very knowledgeable and straightforward. Receptionists nice. The doctors nurse was terrible to deal with.

He didnt take time to evaluate my problem. He mumbles making it difficult to understand. I went to Duke on my on and was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. I was in alot of pain and he made no attempt to help me. I waited 2 1/2 hours to be called from the waiting room the first time. Go to someone who knows what they are doing..
