Best there is! Very caring and highly intelligent. Wish I could clone her when we move.

My experience from the beginning when my daughter was first born, I took her to see dr baldrate, she was amazing. I never thought I could find an exceptable doctor to care for the most important person in my life, but I did and I would recommend everyone to her! She spent so much time with us because my daughter had really bad reflux so she spent the time to watch to see how she responds. Also I always had tons of questions and she did not rush me at all!!! I also saw other doctors there when I took my daughter in for an emergency and they were all great! Go northern va pediatrics Luv them!!!

Dr. Baldrate is a star. Super knowledgeable, personable, does not rush you. She has kids of her own. She gets it. This is a busy practice. She will make you feel like she has cleared her schedule for you.

She is a wonderful human being and a caring mom herself. All three of my children have been seeing her from their birth and I feel so grateful that they have a doctor who knows them well, cares about how they are doing, patiently puts up with my repeated questions and calls to the office to ask "just one more thing," is willing to pursue all medical possibilities when there is a concern, and seems to truly love my kids. We adore Dr. Baldrate.

Professional, kind, and amazing people skills. My sons are now 17 and 19 and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you so much for taking care of my sons... and me!

We left after 1 appointment...they had us sign an insurance waiver to use their lab after bragging about how wonderful it was...we went to have the lab work, and after waiting, there was a lab fee personally paid that we were not told about. Their lobby is littered with sign about all the 'new fees' for this that an the other. I can get fees for 'no shows'...or something that takes a lot of time. This place takes the cake! Just no more cake from me.
We originally signed up for another doctor at this practice....the complaint applies to all because you can't rate the practice. The only way to let people know how bad the practice fee structure is, is by the laborious commenting process on each of the member doctors.
The main complaint is about the practice that they have for fees!!!! Extra FEES everywhere!!! They will nickel and dime you (25-50 dollars for everything extra). They get you to use their lab because they can get you the results quickly. When you go downstairs, there's an extra fee for using their lab (on top of the payments that you must make for lab fees- on the high end to start with). RIDICULOUS... we will not be back. Especially since the staff was as best curt in greeting and dispensing of business tasks.
