These low reviews are because apparently no one reads the packet they are given before surgery. They expect the doctor to read them a highlight of the material. Just learn to read people.

Dr. Cirulli 1st found my kidney disease. I owe my life to him. He is an excellent listener. He is a doctor with a heart. I 100% recommend him.

I would highly recommend avoiding the urology group, period. I saw Dr. Cirulli a total of 3 times. He blew off my concerns and kept pushing me to undergo the scoping to diagnose my issues. I. And back to try to reason with him that I think I had an issue that could resolve with antibiotics. He wouldn’t have it. Underwent the scoping and they found no issues. Didn’t stop my from having to pay $350 out of pocket for the procedure plus my 3-$80 copays.
Fast forward to this year when my issues returned. Dr. Larke was much more receptive but put me through a PSA blood test and another CT scan. No findings. He told me to let him know if Symptoms “x, y, or z” show up. I told him I already had them and I had told him in my initial visit. His response was “he didn’t know what to tell me.”
I went to another urologist at Christ Hospital who told me that Urology Group is in the business to make money and they don’t care whether or not the help patients. He broke down a lot of details to include that the type of scoping they do is unnecessary. My diagnosis was asymptomatic prostatitis. It was cured by Ciprofloxacin and Flomax.
Long story short, I gave Urology Group multiple chances to get it right but they don’t care. They want to make a profit, and move on. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I made an appointment and waited 3-4 weeks. When I arrived the staff asked if I received their text sent an hour before. I was driving and said no. The office said I had to reschedule because the form that was texted was not filed out. Actually it was DR CIRULLI who did not allow me to be treated. I thought he was part of the staff and found out at it was actually him at my rescheduled appointment. I came to the office a few weeks later and my infection was even worse. The staff failed to bill my insurance properly. They sent me to collections. I crossed out the sentences on the forms telling me I was responsible for a 30% late fee charge if I was sent to collections. I advise any to do so too. (I am not a lawyer or giving legal advise) I tried to contact Dr. Cirulli many times but as a last resort and he never responded. I would not want to go to surgery if a doctor does not take responsibility for the staff he supervises. Why would he also delay care of a patient who has a serious infection. Maybe I should have went to the ER ?! This may be a matter for the Department of Insurance or the Kentucky Medical Board.

Had a vasectomy done by Cirulli. It was painful. He had to re numb me halfway through the procedure . I ended up getting sperm gralanoma around the cuts in my tubes. Long story short he abandoned me when there was a hiccup at the pharmacy. He didnt even take the time to review files to solve problem. It has been 1 year since my vas and pain is daily. Cleaveland clinic says I need a reversal due to trapped nerves and a pressure issue. Just waitn on insurance to pay .DO NOT let this man cut on your nuts.
