My husband has been under Dr. Coogans care after our cousin credited his skill and knowledge with helping to save her husbands life. We have been more than pleased. Dr. Coogan is a consummate professional and seems to be a darn good person as well.
Dr. Coogan is probably one of worst Dr.s I have ever dealt with. After having a kidney stone at 9 months pregnant and having a c-section. Dr. Coogan saw that the kidney stone was too big to pass, but sent me home 3 days after a c-section to pass it. It never passed and had to be surgically removed a week later. It was Memorial Day Weekend, so Im sure he needed to get his to his summer home and I wasnt a priority.I have also been told by other Dr.s at Rush that he is unprofessional and recently more complaints have been made about him at the hospital. Beside all of this, he is extremely arrogant
