This treatment and pelvic floor exercises have greatly improved the strength of my pelvic area. The condition of occasional urinary mishaps has stopped. There is definitely more sensation in intimacy as it should be and has been in the past and I no longer have cramps. I am very pleased that there is a treatment such as this that is so effective, non surgical, easy, fast and painless.

Everyone in this office has been so friendly and helpful. They were very discreet when doing the procedures, therefore it was not embarrassing. The results of the procedures have exceeded my expectations. I no longer take the medicine I had taken for over 20 years. I highly recommend the staff and the procedures.

The actual medical staff (nurses and doctors) were very knowledgeable, professional and thorough, however the receptionist is extremely disrespectful and lacks proper customer service skills. I also did not receive return calls when I left a message at the office on several occasions.

I first saw Doctor Roberts when he was for a short stay in Pittsburg to peddle something to the seniors and the elderly. Little did I know what would be happening to me at that time. First he set up temporary practice in an office next to the nursing home in Pittsburg. Then he sold all the Medicare female patients this machine that is supposed to help with bladder prolapse and one has to go through all those treatments while they shove that machine up both ends during treatment. At no time did Doctor Roberts ever address the problems of what if this machine "does not help" but to the contrary. He stated how he had gone to classes and how is sold on these machines for women with bladder issues. Little did I know that he was getting a"kickback" from the company in selling these to Medicare patients and Medicare picked up the cost for these machines. We had to go at least once a week to have them use it on us and then we were given absolutely nothing on it such as any paperwork and what to do if there were consequences with this machine. After that and after he pushed and peddled all these machines on elderly women they are now the same women who cannot get an appt with him. He now refuses to see Medicare patients. That means if you are on Medicare he no longer accepts Medicare assignments. His office staff has made it quite clear he will no longer accept Medicare and this is after he made all this money in peddling these machines to senior women. I went into his office in Galena and the front office made it clear they did not want me there. I specifically ASKED TO SEE Roberts but my request was refused. Now that his best NP (Dottie) is now gone there is another NP there who is terrible. I was informed by Dr Roberts personally while in Pittsburg that I had fibromyalgia and specifically asked if she could test me for it to see the extent and I was in great pain while in his office and his office refused instead telling me to go to a doctor???? His office answered none of my concerns while I was there but would only smile and left the room even without writing my script while also fitting me with another pessary that was the exact one I had came into his office with. No difference in between what I had and what they sold me? The refused to address the pain issue from the fibromyalgia issue and the pain I was having due to it. Roberts was there in Pittsburg when he was giving me his sales pitch on that worthless machine for bladder prolapse they sold to me but not there for anything else. I was fit for another pessary (the second one in two years, from his office) and this one also does not fit and now his office will not take Medicare patients? He surely took them as long as he could make money off a worthless machine that he was peddling though. So after he has bilked Medicare out of money and used up all the elderly female patients he could use in selling his machine he will not longer see us for any reason whatsoever? He does not need us any longer is my only opinion and the final answer. I was told Roberts is booked for two months through into next year???? That means a return patient means nothing to him and especially and senior patient. Myself and many other elderly women were bilked into his office by selling us a worthless machine that he got a kickback on and after that he cannot get any other money from Medicare of any sizable amount so he leaves us who thought we were his patients and that he cared out in the cold as far as seeing him for any other reason. He used the Medicare patients as his way to make himself a sizable amount of money and after that he leaves us with NO doctor. I think very little of him and his office staff. His little girls in the back do as good as they can do and are sweet but the buck stops with Dr. Roberts and he screwed Medicare and all the Medicare patients in order to make a great deal of money for himself. He sure does not care about us otherwise. I have private pay insurance that would have covered my seeing him without Medicare but even so all his office staff would tell me is that he no longer sees Medicare patients???? I felt like a record and telling them with that made no difference but they would not make me another appt with him or even a first appt with him. I feel as though Doctor Roberts has used me and every other female Medicare patient with a prolapsed bladder in order to make higher dollars for his bank acct and he cares nothing about his patients. I would not refer a rat to Roberts because he did not ever care about his patients. He lied to me by telling me that a pessary would be fit by him in his office after the machine is used by me for a year or so but that turned out not to be true. He was supposed to be totally "BOOKED" as I was told but when I got there and when I left there was not one single patient waiting to see him. Only his office person continuing to tell me that they will no longer accept Medicare???? That left me out in the cold because they refused to listen to me when I told them I did not need to use Medicare and he still would not see me. I also would not give anyone two cents for the NP in his office who took the place of Dottie. She does not care either because she also would not help me. When Dottie was there she truly cared and helped all the patients but not this new woman. She never gave me my script and never referred me to anyone for the fibromyalgia issue that Roberts diagnosed me with. She just left the room and never came back. I am extremely disappointed that any OB/GYN would do this to any women especially any Medicare patient. I personally do not need Medicare because I have excellent VIP insurance through another source but even then they would not book me for an appt. His office staff was clueless on what to do except continuing to say he will no longer accept Medicare. I do not blame the lady in his front office but blame Roberts and the office manager there for not telling this own office receptionist what to do. My thoughts are that he made money off all the female Medicare patients for as long as he could so why should he care about them afterward? The other bad thing is that I had a follow up appt with him about this "machine" afterward and not one single person bothered to tell inform that he was at that time no longer in Pittsburg so I drove all the way to Pittsburg only to find out he is no longer there and was only there for a short time temporarily which was straight across from the nursing home and the senior citizens home???? If those women need to see him they have no way to get to his office all the way in Galena from Pittsburg? Roberts had to have known that when he temporarily set up shop there. I have not seen him since the beginning of using this worthless machine. I feel as though I have been lied to and used only for him to make thousands of dollars off in Medicare money for short time because he is showing me no other reason other than to believe that very thing. I would advise no woman to make an appt with his office because you will not see him and his staff does not really care about you. Us who saw him for that short time were nothing but money in his pocket and he cared and cares nothing about women or their health issues. He might see you if it means it will be high dollars for him but for no other reason. As far as return patient care? Do not bother. Doctor Roberts does not care about a return patient. What he did to me and hundreds of other woman is a sad commentary to leave for any OB/GYN doctor. All he did to us could have and should have been avoided. All us seniors and the elderly trusted him and he has let down the medical community and patients.

Beware of this Dr. He uses his practice to sell ineffective therapies under the guise of preventing real corrective medical treatments.
