Office staff not responsive. He didn’t seem very thorough

Didn’t spend much time with me. Diagnosis not correct. Test results not provided timely always had to message and request. Office staff not responsive and did not listen well, talked over you.

Poor communication with him and his staff. He did not seem interested in my medical records. Perhaps he was tired.

My experience at this office was extremely unsettling. In addition to Dr Smith being unfamiliar with my medical history despite multiple visits and the provision of complete records, my dignity, time, and comfort were completely disregarded. Dr Smith’s lack of compassion and his unprofessionalism were staggering, and the level of care I received was substandard to say the least.

Probably the least helpful person I have ever met in my whole life.After spending 1000’s and multiple visits I was diagnosed with OAB.I already suspected that , I wanted to know WHY though , since I’m at a young age .Or at least how to improve my condition.He just sent me with some pills that didn’t work ,and never responded to my emails ??????
