Doctor Lee is a very good doctor she cares about her patients listens to them and tries her best to help them with their situation always has a smile when she sees her patients

With my first visit with Dr. Lee, I found her to be a bit distant but she seemed competent which is why I chose to return. During my second and last appointment with Dr. Lee, I agreed to a cystoscopy which involves a small camera inserted in the urethra to view the bladder. I was concerned about the pain associated with the test so she assured me that she would use an anesthetic gel. Dr. Lee technically did use an anesthetic but she did not wait any amount of time for it take effect - literally no pause between inserting anesthetic gel and camera. She simply used it as though it were a lubricant & without any warning shoved an object in one of the most sensitive parts of my body. It was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced and I yelped so loud I was probably heard in the waiting room. Its like going to the dentist for a cavity, getting anesthetic, then immediately starting to drill before the anesthetic does anything. Its uncomfortable enough feeling vulnerable & having to be exposed when you see a urologist, but when a physician causes completely avoidable pain and trauma unnecessarily after promising to prevent it is just plain deceitful and heartless. It felt like she couldnt be bothered to wait the minute or two for it to work. I will not be returning to Dr. Lee.

Never have I met a physician with such disregard to their patient and their pain. I’ve tried several times to contact her after MRIs that she ordered, only to speak to receptionists that said that she would come back and follow up but no one ever did. Absolutely no follow through. Completely disgusted by the doctor wouldn’t even give her one star.

Limited evaluation and treatment. Unorthodox treatments recommended to be given by non physicians.. no immediate treatment for extreme pain. Absolutely no follow through.
