I found ALL the office staff very friendly. Dr Hunter explained everything and made sure I understood what he was saying and doing . Unfortunately I still will need surgery to correct my issues . I am not looking forward to the surgery however I am very confident In Dr Hunter after our 2 meetings . I am Not sure why the negative responses, l sure enjoyed my visits .

"Absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Takes time, explains and genuinely cares. I have never felt more cared about by a doctor much less a specialist. You do usually have to wait awhile to see him but 100 percent worth waiting for"

Absolutely great! Gary was septic, had adhesions and bladder damage. Dr. Hunter worked with us, the staff at Summerlin Hospital. He is 100% professional. Gary was given less than 5% chance of survival. He kept me (wife) in the loop for which iI am grateful.

The front office staff is far from welcoming. They should really be used to people who may not be feeling well and if they just might have to repeat themselves for someone who didnt hear them the first time dont lose patience. Once asked to come to the exam rooms a nurse says sit in the chair so I can take your blood pressure...no hello, no how are you? Very robotic. After the pressure I was lead into an exam room and told to wait. I had to ask what my pressure was. After a little while the nurse came back to prep me for a procedure. Again no warmth at all. Very cold and abrupt. Dr. Craig came in and was nice as usual. This could have been a much more pleasant experience if the staff was told to smile and have a little compassion. This is a medical office after all. If you dont like your job leave.

Terrible, had radical prostatectomy with him and Dr Ludlow as my surgeons. Left with Major side effects, spoke with his office yesterday, 05/17/2022 who informed me he is Not certified by the American Board of Urologists. Always check the experience of your surgeon before Major surgery !!!! Dr Ludlow, I was informed, was informed was certified in 2016 but my surgery was in April 2016 ???? It appears I was given doctors with little or No experience. I was never informed of this !!!! Find experienced, Certified Surgeons.
