I have had problems with kidney stones and other issues due to my MS. Dr. Smith has been very good. I dont see him often but his bedside manner is really great. He knows a lot. I have been very happy with him for the last 2 years I have been seeing him.

Dr. Smith is wonderful.. His staff is disorganized and have poor customer service. The staff in the office on 1020 E. Ogden in Naperville need to be retrained. The middle aged woman at the front desk has a terrible attitude. They schedule so many patients in one day, theyre overwhelmed! Is that legal? Every time I go, there is at least 30 patients in the small waiting area. Its ridiculous..

This urologist is awesome. However, I wish I can say the same about his staff. This review is not to get anyone in any trouble, but his Naperville staff is horrible. ..
