I would recommend Dr. Powell. He clearly communicated to me all the options that were available to me. He also answered all my questions.

Dr. Powell is friendly, kind, considerate and willing to take the time to make sure I was comfortable with the surgery he performed. The procedure I had was the easiest recovery I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Dr. Powell.

Dr Powell is such an excellent physician, very knowledgeable and compassionate.. The best bedside manner of any physician I’ve seen and takes time to explain everything so you understand.

Dr Powell is an excellent physician in all regards and the staff at UO is also very good. Collectively they have restored my health and I now enjoy a good quality of life. I am thankful and grateful to them all.

Awesome doctor! He is an outstanding Doctor who is compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and a highly skilled surgeon! His staff is wonderful, also. My wait time was minimal and Dr. Powell took his time answering my questions! He’s the BEST in his field in my opinion!

Dr. Powell is an excellent physician in all aspects. In evaluating whether or not to perform surgery on me, he took a conservative approach and offered multiple alternatives for consideration before actually performing surgery. I was very happy with this approach as it showed he was not going to be rushed into judgment to do surgery unless absolutely necessary.

"As far as a doctor goes he seems great, the office staff however seem to feel that they don't have time to answer questions or get back to you in a reasonable time. I wanted to see the doctor before my scheduled surgery and Stephanie said that he did not have time to meet with me. So she cancelled my surgery as I did not want to proceed if I could not meet with him prior. My surgery is two months ..."
