Dr Pfaff is friendly and courteous. He spends appropriate time with me and carefully explains procedures and reasons for them.

RUDE, obnoxious, after he scheduled a test at the hospital for me and the hospital couldn’t do the test, never called to see what the next step was! Extremely disliked by everyone I have come in contact with. Why do practice medicine when you act like an A—hole?

This was the rudest doctor we have ever been in contact with. He was condescending and very rough and uncaring. We left columbus to find a competent doctor in the urology field.
