I have nothing but the outmost respect for Dr. Higgins and the staff. Very caring and compassionate in what they do. Taking that extra step to call Dr. Bloomhuffs office to get the referral the same day, tells me a lot about patient care! Thank you!

From the beginning of Johns appointments we felt very well taken care of. Through out this whole process and leading up to surgery, we were very confident with Dr. Higgins, his expertise was amazing! John recovered remarkably from surgery. Our overall experience with everyone in the office was excellent. Cant thank you all enough.

Was out of town and he got me in and took time for me. Was not rushed knowing I would not be a regular patient. The whole office was so nice and professional!

I enjoy coming to see you. I feel comfortable talking to you about anything that is on my mind about my health. You answer my questions so that I can understand the answer not like some doctors like to use big words that I dont know what it means. Thank You

Starting from checking in at the service desk, the very short waiting time, getting called back with Dr. Higgins assistant to updating my prescriptions and present health condition to getting prepped for the procedure, to talking to Dr. Higgins before the procedure then having the procedure done to then listening to Dr. Higgins findings and recommendations then talking to the staff person to scheduling the next appointment were all the Best Five Star ratings that I could expect with total Happy Camper Feelings ever! A very professional and happy experience from the start to the end!

Staff was kind, was informed Dr. Higgins was running, offered a magazine while waiting . Dr.Higgins took his time explaining things and was very kind.

Dr. Higgins answered all my questions in great detail, he also went over my ct scans and explained what he was concerned about. He also listened to my concerns

Be prepared to be disappointed. This office has a very hard time communicating anything worthwhile and dont bother with any questions unless you want to hear the same --recorded message-- for the 100th time. Then, get brushed off as difficult because we needed to do our own research.
