DR Hibbert is awesome and his PA Curt Niederhauser is also awesome to deal with.

Dr. Hibbert saw many of the kids we had in our foster agency that had urinary tract issues etc. He was so good with the kids and myself, (I took the kids to see him.) One boy had seen many doctors before we took him to Dr. Hibbert with no answers to our questions and no clear diagnosis. After seeing Dr. Hibbert we had a diagnosis and a treatment, it was wonderful to have our questions answered. After that any of the children that had urology issues we went straight to Dr. Hibbert, he was and is a blessing to us. I have recommended him to people I know that are in need of seeing a Urologist.

A little over 2 years ago, my husband was diagnosed with an advanced and aggressive prostate cancer. The diagnosis can scare you and sap your hope. Many comments about Dr. Hibbert complain about the wait time. One day we waitied an hour and a half for our appointment. At first I was a little annoyed. My husband reminded me about how much time Dr. Hibbert had taken with us during that first appointment to explain procedures and answer questions, and that he does the same for all of his patients. While Dr. Hibbert had been taking his time with us, there were other people outside waiting. Some have complained about --bedside manner.-- Because Dr. Hibbert spends so much time with his patients, there are times when he may be curt, and to the point to hurry things along. If you want a doctor with short wait times, this probably is not the doctor for you. Or, if you want a doctor who smiles and jovially slaps you on the back, instead of thoroughly explaining your condition Dr. Hibbert probably is not your guy. However, if you want a doctor who is one of the most experienced, competent and skilled doctors in the field, Dr. Hibbert fills that description. Two years ago, he saved my husbands life, and has continued to treat him since surgery. To me it was totally worth the wait time.

I found Dr Hibbert to be a confident and knowledgeable surgeon. I enjoy his forward direct approach. His office was great about tracking insurances and working around issues. He listened to me very intently and surgery went very well. The office was spot on time but both surgeries had start delays due to emergencies at the hospital. If anything to improve, I would of liked more details on the procedure itself and aftercare. His office area is a little cramped and not as private as mentioned, but it didnt bother me at all.

staff is very disorganized I was forgotten in the waiting room for over an hour because an MA had taken my chart and then set it down somewhere and had totally forgot that I was there MA did not know how to set up for cystoscopy that I was having in the office had to call someone else into sure what to do and then opened up the door that was directly across from the desk while I was in stirrups and totally exposed to everybody on the outside I was called it home after surgery and told that I needed to come in to have my foley catheter taken out there was never one put in The doctor is always in a hurry and sometimes doesnt even sit down while hes talking to you getting ready to rush out to the next patient. you have very little say so in your care it is his way or the highway.

Dr Hibbert has the worst bedside manner I have experienced, if you don’t fit the usual Criteria he’s not interested in anything else that’s wrong with you. He’s rough he’s inconsiderate he doesn’t take the timeDo you understand anything else that’s going on with you then maybe causing other kidney problems you don’t need surgery he’s not interested his exact words we only take care of the plumbing terrible experience horrible doctor would not recommend his services to anyone in the office is never on time it’s always A 2 + hour appointment. Office staff seems friendly his PA is kind considerate and takes time to listen other than that I wouldn’t let my dog be Seen by him

Went here years ago with a 2.6 PSA and he insisted on a prostate biopsy. I told him I was concerned with no insurance. He told me it was only $1200. By the time I got the hospital bill and his, I was out over $3k. Tests were negative. The office I see now does the same procedure in their office for $750. However, they have found no need. I feel Dr Hibbert is out to do unnecessary tests to make a dollar at the patients expense

Nothing I liked about this place. Waited over an hour for them to see me. Waited a month before I got results from tests! I had to call and I had to make another appointment to get results! Even though the results were ok. No urologist on site....never there. Physicians assistant does if all. Very unprofessional and they try to get many visits out of one procedure. I will never go back!

Horrible customer service. I attempted to call the physicians office several times and never received a call back. Staff lacks professionalism. This physician seems to be more worried about making money rather than ensuring his patients receive adequate and appropriate care and follow up.
