I saw him today for a consultation and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. He has great “people skills”.

My experience with Dr. Stein has been excellent. He has an in-depth knowledge of his field and communities well with his patients.

He is overbooked and shuffles patients in and out. You only get an appointment months in the future, forget it if you have a pressing problem. My problem got worse after seeing him initially and the receptionist decided I didn’t qualify to have my appointment and canceled it the at 10am for a 1pm appointment!!!. I got off the waitlist and got an earlier appointment to have it cancelled- it was not even rescheduled by staff!!! Dr Stein does not respond on the portal and the scheduling staff is given authority to decide medical necessity. The receptionists do not have medical degrees. If you need medical help don’t waste your time.
