He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure I had all questions answered! The only downfall was the wait time sitting in the dr office. I dont know if maybe they were behind that day.

I had my prostate removed a couple weeks ago and everything turned out exactly as Dr. Yelfimov said. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process from biopsy to post operation. I highly recommend Dr. Yelfimov!

Dr. Yelfimov is a caring and attentive doctor that treated my husband. His explanation for his condition was easy for us to understand. We asked questions and he was patient with us. I felt more at ease knowing that my husband would be in good hands. After the surgery, the care continued and we were very happy with how we were treated from staff to doctor. We highly recommend Dr. Yelfimov.

"I'm currently under the care of Dr Yelfimov. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He ordered testing and found my cancer. Other Doctors never went any further than treating a UTI. Staff is great and surgery Scheduler is great as well. So glad I was able to have him as my Dr.

As someone here or on some other review platform wrote, Dr. Yelfimov is *not* a good communicator. He said some things to me that I thought were highly inappropriate, as well as confusing. While I would see him again if I had to, I would prefer to deal with someone who is willing to treat me with a little more dignity and clarity.

Dr. Yelfimov appears to be knowledgeable in his field. The entire organization including the staff sucks!! I was scheduled outpatient surgery for a Tuesday and was instructed to do thr ab work and get a chest X-ray the day before. Upon arrival at the radiology clinic, I was told NO ORDERS were provided to them from the office. After a lengthy search, my name was found but, with an incorrect date of birth. Shortly after getting my lab work out of the way, I checked at the surgical clinic and advised them that I had finished with my lab work and radiology. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do in preparation for the next days surgery. I was told that was all that was needed and to report at 8:00 AM the next day. Shortly after, I was contacted telephonically and advised my surgery had been pushed up for 7:00 AM instead. The following day, I reported at 6:45AM and advised the receptionist of the schedule change for my surgery. She the responded that my surgery had been re-scheduled for 9:30 AM. What a Mickey Mouse outfit!!! The next day after my surgery, I was showering and missed a call from the clinic. I called back trying to find out what the call was about. I went through numerous transfers, extended times --on hold-- and finally when someone answered, NO ONE knew of the call made to me!!! Dr. Yelfimov appears to be a good doctor but, the lack of patient importance by his staff reflects on Dr. Yelfimovs bad management. I have discussed some if these issues with the Dr and an organizations manager but, there appears to be no accountability or consequence to the staff members. I WOULD NOT recommend this office to friends and or other patients based on the staff members lack of patient importance and inability to telephonically contact a person in a timely manner.

Dr. Yelfimov has no communication skills. He definitely needs to take a class in communicating effectively. Dr. Yelfimov will not give you any information voluntarily. He is busy on his computer. He and His nurses Alex and Gilbert never call regarding results. I will never go back and do not recommend this Dr and his unorganized and unprofessional staff to anyone.

His manner when I saw him for a --lump-- near my bladder was his reply of --you are lumpy I think referring to my size. He did not want to physically examine it but referred only to the ultrasound.
