"I remember my last office visit well. It was in November 2020. My appointment was for 10 a.m., I arrived at 9:45 a.m. after submitting paperwork on-line. At 11 a.m,., asked how long it was going to be before I was seen. Office staff scramble around for an open room. She walked in at 11:20 in a real hurry, remember is already 1 hr. 20 minutes behind.
