Dr. Chan took excellent care of me on repeated ocassions at johns hopkins. He mentored my current urologist at jhh when both were at jhh and the excellent care of both urologists prompted me to reach out to dr chan years after he moved from jhh to thank him. He was immediately responsive and offered his time if i should ever need it in the future.

My experiences over the last ten years with Dr. Chan have been nothing but excellent, enough that I sought him out after he moved to North Shore LIJ hospital. He is an exemplary professional who is knowledgeable, sensitive to patient needs, and very reliable in communicating information and following up with concerns, both in the office and by phone as necessary. A top-rate physician!

Dr. Chan is a caring and brilliant urologist. The patients concerns become his own. This doctor puts the patient as ease by making her feel comfortable in the exam room, going over past records, and welcomes the patients questions. Dr. Chan is a very gentle doctor. When I called for my results, he got back to me very quickly. If he feels that another doctor should be seen, as in my case, a nephrologist (because I have only one kidney), he will recommend one. Moreover, Dr. Chan follows up on the results found by that doctor, by giving you a prompt call and reassurance.

Dr.David Chan and his assistant Robert lacks friendliness and follow up care for their patients. Often, there is no reply or followup or.... They are extremely slow in responding to the needs of their patients nor do they care about their patients requests, concerns and/or follow up with their patients calls.
