He provided important information about my procedure and answered questions that I should have asked, that I did not ask. He also made himself available to answer any questions that came up after the procedure (partial nephrectomy).

Dr. Elkins really cares about his patients and their families. He is truly the most compassionate doctor Ive ever met. This paired with his ability to diagnose and treat so effectively makes him an A+ doctor! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Salem area in search of a good urologist.

Have know Dr. Elkins for many years and that is why we chose him to be our urologist. We have every confidence in him as the professional that he is. We do heartily recommend him as a physician and surgeon. He has a sunny, upbeat outlook, looks you right in your eyes, and explains your condition clearly.
