I have found him to be professional and keeps me informed on my medical condition. I have been a patient of Dr. Raminski for 8 years. Easy to schedule appointment. Visitations are timely with little wait time.

I was very happy that I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. I explained to the appointment desk that I just saw my primary care Physician and she referred me to Dr Raminski for a Cystoscopy. I explained that my Dr was very concerned about my medical symptoms and wants Dr Raminski to look inside my bladder to make sure every looked okay. My symptoms were suspicious for a possible tumor or bladder cancer. I was given an appointment for the next day and Dr Raminski was very professional r

I was very happy that I didnt have to wait weeks for an appointment. I was given an appointment for the next day and Dr Raminski was very professional reviewed my past medical history and the series of events that led up to this problem. Dr Raminski explained the procedure and other tests that should be done regarding my situation. I had the cystoscopy done in the same exam room, it took a total of 5 minutes and it was over, with good news too. Yay!! However, more testing is required. Dr Raminski answered all my questions and my husbands too. The DR & the Nurse practitioner were very professional. I did have to cover the amount for the procedure that my insurance didnt cover( my Co-pay) at the time of check out, which was the best money I ever spend. I cant blame them for wanting to get paid for their services especially when that was my co-payment for this procedure. No one wants to work for free. I was informed by the office how much the cost would be when I was making the appointment, after they looked up my insurance coverage. I think the waiting time was average, I expect to wait up to at least one hour before being seen. When you have long office waits that means the Dr. doesnt care about a schedule, it just means he is spending appropriate time with his patients according to their needs. So I wish the people in the waiting room would stop complaining about the long wait. Im glad that the Dr. cares about me and not his schedule and allowing the time to be spent with his patients!

This practice charges outrageous amounts for routine procedures. Their billing dept is also rude and harassing.

This practice bills astronomical fees for very routine procedures ($800 to insert a simple catheter!). Also, the people in their billing dept are rude and harassing.

This doctor charges outrageous fees for basic procedures and gets away with it. It really ran up my out-of-pocket expenses. Their billing dept is also ...

Patients protect yourselves! This office has no regard for patients rights. Dr. Raminski was in room for less than 5 minutes and ordered a urine test. At no point was I made aware that urine sample was being sent out to lab by Dr. Raminski or my nurse. Two months later I received a bill for $1,300! They admitted to breakdown in communication and offered a slight reduction on bill. During the process, I was told 4 different thinks from 4 different people, most alarmingly 'we don't know the cost of a test when we order it'. No accountability, no communication and a complete disregard for the patient...never going back.
