Dr. Rittenhouse is very impressive. Unfortunately, youre only as good as your staff! I have left several messages following their rules and have yet to receive a return call. Im shopping around.

This practice was good several years ago. But last several years has become a money mill. Interested in packing patients in ,little feedback and un professional staff.

"Waited in the patient "barnyard" for 70 minutes and then cancelled my appointment and got a refund. Will never be back - terrible business model - like a drive-in - surprised they don't have a Now Serving sign. Really question how I could possibly get quality individualized care in such a model where I am simply a number."

After waiting for sometime in his "cattle drive" of patients of a packed waiting room I was called to an exam room where I waited 1 hour. At that point I opened the door to explain to the nurse I felt I had waited long enough and was told I was "next". I gave him an additional 5 minutes and as we stood up to leave he entered the room with a more than rude attitude. He quickly said that this could be a good appointment or a bad one and that it was my choice. He was correct there and my choice is to Never step foot in his office again! He was rude from the time he entered and if this is how he treats patients then I don't want to me one of them
