Such a great doctor. His office has all the technology and staff to figure out any condition and he treats in right away. Right in the office. I had trouble with going void and he treated it non-invasively right in the office. No pain and complete relief of symptoms.

I have been to many urologists but he is the best. Front desk was great and there was refreshments for patients. The office was very quick with testing and all the results were discussed with me the same day. He was able to diagnose me quickly and accurately with the testing that was needed. I woukd highly recommend to all my friends.

Excellent staff and doctor. Highly recommend is new high tech Manhattan office just off of Grand Central. Amazing place with great staff. He was able to diagnose and then treat my kidney stones within a week. Just amazing.

Excellent urologist in the area that speaks Russian fluently. He has great bedside manner and is trained in all the latest surgical techniques including robotic and laparscopic surgery. Give him a try and you will send all your friends to him. I have refered 3 patients to him. See for yourself.

Dr Shusterman is very professional and has a very professional and friendly staff. All my tests were done the same day at his location, which saved me a lot of time and was able to get instant results. I would highly recommend him

Best Urologist in the Industry. I have been to many urologists in NYC and he is by far the best one around. He does everything painless and problem free. He uses the latest equipment to find out what is wrong so he can fix the problem. Most doctors like to guess and treat but Dr Shusterman gets to the problem by testing and then he treats so he avoids unnecessary delays in treatment and gets his patients back to work much faster. I had a kidney stone and the treatment was done the next day in the office saving me several weeks of suffering! He is just amazing!! This review sounds too good to be true but it is not! Try for yourself. I hope I was helpful!

The office is very nice and welcoming. They have coffee and snacks for the patients. The office is modern and he can do all the testing on the same day quickly and without any discomfort. I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Shusterman was just so nice and friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend to my family and friends.

i came into Dr. Shusterman for erectile dysfunction. I was so impress with the doctor and him taking the time to explain Erectionwave to me which is a non invasive treatment. it was cost effective and most importantly it works. My relationship and life has improved vastly and all thanks to the dr. his staff is amazing and helpful as well.

Top urologist in NYC. I had a prostate issue and he was able to do a prostate artery embolization procedure right from his office with the best team of doctors. It was completely painless and did not require any surgery. An IV was started in my leg and everything was done through the IV. At the end I was able to void without any issues and I was able to go back to work the next day. I had a band aid at the end of the procedure and I felt great. Dr. Shusterman and his staff are the best Urology team in the US bu far. Love him and his team of doctors.

Dr Shusterman put me so much at ease during my visit, it was if you had met an old friend you had not seen for a few years,the office staff were very professional and courteous. I highly reccomend Dr Shusterman and his staff, Dr Shusterman will be my urologist from now on. The doctor is a winner of so many awards and now I know why. Thank you so much.

He treats kidney stones right in the office on the same day. He uses treatment that is completely noninvasive and you dont even have to take your cloths off to treat your stones.

Excellent Urologist with great experience. He is fully trained in laparoscopy and robotic surgery. I could not find another urologist in the area that can do that. He was able to freeze a small section of my kidney and leave the rest in place. I left the hospital in the day after surgery.

He is an awesome Dr. I had my problem for so long and visited so many doctors and was not able to solve it. He helped me out. He is very knowledgeable and provides new treatments. I am so grateful. Highly recommend!!!

He is the only doctor treating ED with the newest technology. He uses erectionwave technology to send sound waves that are painless but very effective at improving ED. Also uses a injection of penile growth factors to get improvement in size and erections. After the treatment I have been very impressed

Dr. Shusterman is not only an excellent physician, but a caring, kind, and patient human being. I consider myself enormously fortunate to have had him treat me. He was incredibly patient with me and was always available by phone if I had a question. He also has a wonderful sense of humor! I cant say enough wonderful things about him. He is truly a wonderful doctor.

I was seen quickly with no wait time. Doctor was very nice and explained everything very well. Testing was done right away saving me time. I had kidney stones and it was the first time I had a stone treatment in the office. My other urologist retired and I feel fortunate to have found Dr Shusterman here. My stone passed and now I am being followed with renal ultrasound every 6 months which is done right in the office. His office is fully computerized with a patient portal to my medical records and prescriptions are sent electronically. The most advanced office I have been to. Wish my gyn doc was this good!

THE BEST UROLOGIST I HAVE BEEN TO! Doctor Shusterman is professional and personable. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. All his staff is helpful and courteous. Will only be seeing him from now on. He really knows the research behind the medicine. The wait was a little long in the past but now he has a much bigger office and there is almost no wait. He was able to do all the testing right there in the office and started treatment right away!! No one else has done this for me. Just amazing! Look no longer!

At first I was very suspicious about the treatment I was offered, as I never heard of it. Dr Shusterman provided me with all the necessary information and I decided to try. Results were better than I expected.

I came in for a vasectomy which took only a few minutes and recovery was only the next day. I had the no scalpel procedure and i had just 2 bandaids afterwards. Very happy with everything as I was given anesthsia and did not feel anything.

The best Doctor in Brooklyn. I was having the worst time several months ago and kept getting misdiagnosed by other urologist. When I finally met with Dr. Shusterman he found the issue immediately, Thankfully.

Very professional and thorough. Did not have to visit multiple locations. They had MRI capability in house so I had multiple tests completed very quickly and my results immediately. Very impressed.

When I made my appointment I was little nervous seeing a urologist for the first time but when Ive encountered with his loving staff especially with his PA, I felt an ease. All of his diagnostic tests are in the office. Dr Shusterman is a very nice doctor. He took his time with me and explained everything in details. His office is nice and spacious. I will be coming here again. He definitely deserves all five stars.

Top urologist!!! I was unable to pee and he did a 4 minute painless procedure in the office and now I can pee great without any medicine!! He is amazing.. He is the only center of excellence for the Urolift procedure. I would expect nothing less. Recommend to everyone. I was him on Dr Max Gomez on CBS news and I am very happy he is my urologist. His staff is wonderful and he has a great office. What else can you want!

I was in complete retention and I could not urinate. I went to several doctors and no one was able to help me. Thank god I found Dr. Shusterman and his team of specialist. He was able to diagnose me properly and cured me of my catheter. If anyone has every had a foley you will understand why he is such a miracle worker. Within 2 weeks I am urinating like a teenager again. Everyone with enlarged prostate should come to see him. Best of all he did it all NON- Surgically. Done through an IV in my leg and I was able to pee right after the procedure. Just wow is all I can say.

Great doc. Dr, shusterman was an excellent, very knowledgeable, courteous outstanding urologists, he performs tests before moving forward which was something I liked, he likes to get to the bottom of the problem before he decides to do anything, I highly recommend him to anyone.

Great experience. Helpful staff and great doctor. I was able to get all my testing and treatment in the office on the same day. I am amazed at how fast and convenient my visit was. I was very happy my wife found him online I has anesthesia available for anything that can be painful which I like because I never want to fee pain for anything. He was very patients and answered all my questions. The treatment he preposed was minimally invasive and very appropriate for my condition. Overall A+++++ experience. I would recommend to everyone. I gave a stack of cards to my primary care doc to send his patients. You will be impressed.

Dr. Shusterman is a very professional and kind Doctor. He got right to the point about my diagnosis and treatment. You will feel very comfortable and you will know this Doctor cares for your health and well being. He is not one of those Doctors that just writes a prescription unless you really need it, like antibiotics. I was there for a total of 30 minutes start to finish, I saw 4 people who had different functions before I was called in to see the actual Doctor, they perform all the pretests needed. The office was so full, standing room only. Seems like it was double booked. I did everything online before I came in for my first appointment so all I had to do when i got in, was show my ID and sign some forms. Saves you a lot of time. The parking in the area really sucks, we had to park 4 and half blocks away but I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend him.

When I came to the office I was able to get all my testing done right onsite. This saved me many hours of testing at many locations. I was able to walk out of the office with a clean bill of health right on the first visit, My trouble was well treated and I felt great that I saved so much time

Best doctor. he is known as ED urologist as he does new amazing treatment to cure ED. His treatment is called Erectionwave.com and it has completely helped me with my erections. No need for viagra and more. You will be amazed. All the testing and treatment is done right in the office. Simply amazing and definitely the best urologist in NY

While he is no doubt knowledgable, I have this gut feeling that it is more about the tests than it is about curing me. I am usually seen by his PA rather than by the doctor and I have to ask if I can see Dr. Shusterman rather than his assistant. Tons of tests scheduled over the past 3 years but still no cure. I am becoming more and more isolated by him the more that I need his guidance.

I saw Dr. Shusterman for an STD check. I came out positive for one and I was treated well. I did have another condition that I tried to explain to Dr. Shusterman. After explaining my troubles, he told me what I was experiencing was --completely normal-- and that Im imagining everything. It turns out I have a condition called Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome/Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis. He told me Im NORMAL. I felt terrible about myself when he said this to me. He completely dismissed me. He won --the most compassionate doctor-- award. How he won this is beyond me because, to me, he was the most fake, close-minded --couldnt care less-- doctor and I hope no one feels as awful as I did when he told me I was --NORMAL--. I thankfully got a second opinion and was diagnosed properly. He may be good with some aspects of urology, but expect to be --completely normal-- in a condition hes not aware of. If he had said --You know Im sorry, there may be something going on but Im just not familiar with the condition-- I would have been perfectly satisfied. But he didnt - he dismissed me. I will NEVER return to David Shusterman. I recommend the PA, Marina - she listened well and actually cares. Also, while I was in his office talking about my STD, he decided to take a 20 minute business phone call WITH ME IN THE OFFICE WITH HIM. Compassionate?? He could CARE LESS.

Very poorly organized office and made me wait 2 hours - starting with first tasting that i had no appointment. Without me seeing the doctor the staff was taking me for a uro-flow test although the same was done about a month ago by the doctors partner doctor. The doctors DID NOT examine me but rather talked and straight away advised that i should come back for a surgery to deal with a 2mm kidney stone. I certainly wont back to this disorganized place and also wont wish to be treated by a doctor who starts suggesting way forward without physically examining me..

Have been seeing him for a few years as he used to be part of my internist's office. Went to his office a month ago and did not see a doctor but a PA. Was sent for a CT scan - have yet to hear back with the results! I called to speak with someone but was told I need to book a virtual visit to get my results! Bottom line is they can't bill for a phone call. Ok, finally made an appt and showed up for it today. Checked in and sat and waited for another hour. Finally I went to the desk to inquire if the doctor was ready to see me yet or how much longer would it be. I was told 'he's not here and no one knows where he is. maybe something happened'. Really? A simple call to re-schedule would have been proper. I'm betting his office will try to bill my insurance company which is about the time I'll scream insurance fraud! Save your time, find a doctor that cares more about medicine than the money.

OMG!!!! A professional calling for the 1st time from another med office to refer my patient. Omg that woman OLGA should not have been behind a desk or phone. So rude, uneducated and unprofessional. I put her on speaker phone so my other co-workers could hear what a psychopath she was. The doctor might be good but......she is not qualify for this job or definitely lose patients because of her. Wontt want to put my patients thru this. Hire a new receptionist to answer your phone because sooner or later you wont have any patients.
