This office got me right in after a bad start with another Dr. in town. I must say they were extremely friendly and helpful. I found Dr. Ward to be warm, caring, and very knowledgeable. He was the perfect Dr. for me today as he relieved some fears, but in an honest and straightforward manner, which I appreciated. He just has a warm compassionate tone which sets you at ease. Glad I was able to find him.

Excellent at his work, BUT..... NEVER available for follow up AND the office will leave a message to --call to schedule-- then, when you call back, will tell you they already scheduled it and you must not have gotten the message. When you tell them you cant make it, they tell you the next available appointment is 2 months out! For the love of God, if you care about the person needing treatment and they have special needs, do not let this man treat them UNLESS there is ZERO follow up required!!!!
