Dr. Leocadio is a fantastic understanding and compassionate physician. He cared for my father whom I cherish and was very scared for what we were facing with surgery and his complicated medical history. I can honestly say Dr Leocadio relieved any stress I had at our first meeting. He advised us on every step he would take during the surgery and he kept to every word! Including phone calls. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done to help my father. I would recommend anyone in need of urologic care to him hands down.

I have a diagnosed medical condition by a geneticist and cardiologist. Because of my genetic medical condition I was referred to a urologist for ongoing and worsening pelvic pain and bladder symptoms. I was already diagnosed by another urologist who left the state with neurogenic bladder. I already had a urodynamic study a couple years ago which was horribly painful and shouldn’t have been. I’ve been told I need my bladder scoped and further testing. When I called over for an appointment I couldn’t get into see the dr I was referred to soon enough so I saw Dr. leocadio. First of all the office treats patients like cattle and I’ve never been rushed like that in my life! The woman who brought me in even said there were only 2 doctors there that day so they were trying to rush. I tried explaining to the woman my medical history and answered her questions as quick as I could as she was beyond rushing me and frustrated. I told her it’s already been established I retain urine by another urologist. (She wasn’t referring to any of my medical records) I had peed in a cup and she did a sonogram to see how much urine (which I’ve already had done numerous times before and it’s been documented that I retain urine and I’m already diagnosed with neurogenic bladder) She proceeds to tell me “Its only a little bit”. I could tell how dismissive and rushed this appointment was already and I’ve been in so much pain so I started to cry and explain my DOCUMENTED medical history and why I was referred there. She just looked at me with wide eyes like I was crazy. She proceeded to tell the dr I was anxious because all he said when he came in was “I hear your anxious”... and he did NOT listen to or look at ANY of my medical records or why I was referred there. He asked if I was on any anxiety meds as I’m telling him I pass out because I’ve been diagnosed by a cardiologist with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome(POTS) and Ehlers Danlos (EDS) which is a connective tissue disorder where bladder problems are common among other complications, and most likely endometriosis diagnosed by an OBGYN. This is all in my medical records which he refused to look at. He asked me what I was doing when I passed out and if I was anxious in those times! He WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME!! I told him my bladder feels raw and he said, “Raw what do you mean RAW?!” I shouldn’t have to explain to a male doctor what raw feels like and his tone and demeanor were so inappropriate! Then when all I did was start to cry he said “See you’re a wreck”. At that point I said “Ok we’re done here”. I asked him if he usually blames women’s diagnosed health conditions on anxiety and stress and if he talks to them this way when they’re the only 2 in the room and he wouldn’t say anything. I asked for the results of my urine and he just stood there staring at me with wide eyes like I was crazy. I handled myself beautifully and professionally given this disgusting circumstance and all I did was silently cry trying to explain myself to an ignorant and negligent “doctor”. After leaving the room I asked the woman at the front desk for the office manager’s name and number but I never called because I knew nothing would come of it. I figured a public complaint is better so other people can see this because I can’t be the only woman this has happened to over there with this doctor. I would NEVER send my loved ones here the office staff were also incredibly rude and I’ve never seen an office rush people like that in my life. I was barely able to answer her questions I literally had to tell her to slow down that’s when she said there’s only 2 doctors there. That’s NOT my problem! These are PEOPLE they’re treating not cattle! I’ve since gotten an all female medical team this doctor made me NEVER want a male doctor again in my life!
